I edit the quarterly magazine for Edinburgh-based charity, The Living Memory Association. Each issue contains a mix of feature articles, interviews, charity news, information about local festivals/events, and some wonderful photos from times gone by. For the autumn 2015 issue we worked with Edinburgh Central Library to showcase their heritage collections.

All in all the magazine provides a great trip down memory lane for older readers. For younger readers it is a colourful introduction to Edinburgh’s recent history, told by ordinary people, who have wonderful, first-hand stories – some poignant, some amusing – but always illustrating the importance of community spirit, something that is at the heart of the LMA.

See ‘Preserving Memories’ for more information about the magazine.
